Common Questions

Not at all. Every session is coached and scaled to your current fitness level. Whether you haven't trained in years or you're just getting started, we'll meet you where you are.
No problem at all. If you have a holiday booked during your 6 weeks, we'll carry your remaining sessions over so you don't lose out. Just let us know when you sign up and we'll sort it.
Small Group PT is a coached session with a maximum of 10 people. You'll follow a structured programme with your own weights and progressions tracked by your coach. Team Training is a larger group session focused on fitness, conditioning and teamwork. Both are great — SGPT gives you more individual attention.
At the end of your 6 weeks, you'll have a chat with your coach about your progress and options to continue. There's no pressure and no lock-in — but most people don't want to stop.
Yes — you'll book sessions through our app at times that suit your schedule. We have morning, lunchtime and evening slots available throughout the week.
The 6 Week Starter Programme (£247) gives you the full experience — Small Group PT, Team Training, nutrition support, accountability coaching and a 1-1 strategy session. The 30 Day Reset Pass (£147) is a great way to try things out with 1 Small Group PT and 1 Team Training session per week.
